Log into your BikeParts account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused parts in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all manuals and small hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous postage markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our technicians inspect the components, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
