What is your shipping policy for oversized items like frames and wheels?

We offer specialized shipping for oversized components to ensure they arrive safely. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while frames and wheelsets may require an additional 2 days for secure packaging.

Can I return a part if it has already been installed?

To be eligible for a full refund, parts must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Once a part has been mounted or used, it can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is present.

Do you offer a warranty on high-performance components?

Yes, all products sold by BikeParts are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We also provide a 1-year store guarantee against defects on all premium carbon and alloy components.

How can I track my order?
